Best (Authentic) Chinese Restaurants in Vegas

You can find the best restaurants of all kinds in Las Vegas, but the one cuisine you absolutely must try on your next visit is Chinese. You’ll be surprised to learn just how many great choices there are for Chinese food in town — I know I was.

Chinese cuisine is as varied as it is tasty, so to keep things tidy we’re going to break our favorite restaurants down by the Chinese region they hail from.

Taiwanese Cuisine

The best Taiwanese noodles are at Noodle Pot at the Chinatown Plaza on Spring Mountain Road. This place is so popular that it isn’t unusual to spend 10-20 minutes waiting in line! The beef roll and pork chop rice are must-try menu items. I can’t tell you strongly enough: Do not skip these!

Hong Kong Cuisine

Wendy’s Noodle Cafe is my all-time favorite! Its affordable, high-quality dishes are just a small part of what makes it so popular. The place is clean and welcoming. The owner of the restaurant is very friendly and sees to it that everyone has an enjoyable time. My favorite menu items are wonton noodle soup, seafood chow mein, fried rice with seafood and salty fish, and deep-fried chicken wings. Their mango desserts are also amazing.

Dim Sum

KJ Dim Sum & Seafood has the best dim sum in Vegas. Their shrimp dumplings, beef noodle rolls, pepper spare ribs, egg tarts, custard buns, BBQ pork buns … the list goes on and on (and on). This spacious restaurant is located in Rio All-Suite Las Vegas Hotel. You won’t regret coming here for brunch.

Yunnan Cuisine

For authentic Southwest China cuisine, go to Yunnan Garden. Their Yunnan rice noodle soup is the best in town. If you like spicy dishes, this is the best spot to get your fix with Ma Po tofu, Chongqing spicy chicken, sweet and sour fish, spicy lamb pot, and more. The house is always packed so go early to avoid a crowd.
